Its safety base frame ensures especially safe positioning and allows you to set up your aquarium easily, with no need for special support. MultiLux LED / Lighting

Brilliant luminosity and excellent plant growth are what you get with the state-of-the-art MultiLux LED lighting technology from JUWEL. The replaceable 1047mm DAY and NATURE LED tubes to create an optimum light spectrum while saving up to 50% of energy in comparison to T5 at the same time.

The MultiLux LED lighting system for the RIO 240 LED means that you can work on your aquarium in comfort, even when the lighting is switched on. The ultrasound-sealed light unit is 100 per cent waterproof and fulfils the stringent European safety standards. The RIO 240 LED is presently available in the T5 version, as well as in the energy-saving LED version.

Proven a million times over BioFlow M / Filter System

For optimum filtering, the RIO 240 LED is fitted with a high-performance BioFlow M. This internal filter combines efficiency with safety and forms the centrepiece of any JUWEL aquarium. It works on the principle that "The water should stay in the aquarium!" and is the safest way of filtering an aquarium. The BioFlow M comes fitted with five high-performance filter media and a quiet yet powerful EccoFlow 600 circulation pump.

AquaHeat 200 W / Automatic-Heater

The 200 Watt JUWEL adjustable heater, which is perfectly embedded in the water circulation in the BioFlow M filter system, ensures the right temperature in the RIO 240 LED.
Because it uses top-quality silver contacts and shock-proof borosilicate glass, JUWEL adjustable heaters meet the highest standards in both function and safety and, as you would expect, are TÜV/GS certified.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, and these are processed via a third party payment gateway called Opayo. 

We also accept payments via PayPal, PayPal credit, Clearpay and Klarna which are both pay in 4 interest-free instalments. 

Also, you can pay using Android and Apple Pay if you are using a compatible device. 

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Security

When speaking to one of our team, we will never ask you for your bank details, passwords or any private information. We will only ever ask for your order number followed by either your postcode, email address or phone number to verify we are talking to the person named on the account. 

When creating an account on our website, we ask that you use a unique password, this will help keep all your online accounts safe. If you are visiting our website via a smartphone we suggest you use the strong password and store it securely on your phone.

Orders over £50 qualify for free mainland UK (excludes Northern Ireland) delivery which will arrive within 3-5 working days of the order being processed.

Residents of Northern Ireland, please provide your EORI or XI Number.

Orders Below £50 in Mainland UK will be charged a standard delivery fee of £5.99.
