To return an item, there are a couple of ways.
1. If you have an account you can log in, go to account and then select the items you wish to return and follow those steps.
2. If you do not have an account you can fill out this form by CLICKING HERE
Once you have filled out the form or submitted the return from your account you can then arrange postage back to us.
To do this, again, there is a couple of ways:
1. Send it back to us using your own methods. This could be dropping it off at one of our stores, or posting it directly to:

2. Go to Royal Mail returns page by Clicking Here search for Lincs Aquatics, and follow the returns process, this will give you a shipping label that you can use to return the item. Please note, that your refund total will be:
The total cost of items returned - the total cost of the returned shipping
We will only cover shipping cost if it is under warranty, an error on our part or if agreed upon in writing by a member of staff.
Once you have sent your item to us, please allow 48 hours for it to arrive with us, and then a further 72 hours for us to check the item over and process either replacement, credit or refund. We do try and update you during the process.
