Vortech Functions:

Feed Mode - At the touch of the button, all VorTech wirelessly enabled pumps will temporarily pause their current mode and idle allowing food to be added to the tank without being cycled into the overflow and filtration.

Night Mode - Pumps can be enabled to run a gentler nighttime program simulating calmer ocean conditions for nighttime hours.

Wave Auto-Tune - Create a standing wave in your aquarium and demonstrate the true power of the fully operational VorTech QuietDrive control system.

Vortech Capability:

Multi-Pump Communication - All “w” denominated VorTech pumps come with an RF module installed. The RF module will allow up to 8 “w” pumps of any type to work together in sync, anti-sync or coordinated modes.

Wireless Controllability - All Vortech pumps are compatible with the EcoTech ReefLink and the Mobius app. The Reeflink provides completely wireless access to the world of EcoSmart Live, the web-based aquarium command centre from EcoTech Marine. The Mobius app is an innovative new control platform for your EcoTech Marine products. A core rethinking of how products connect and function make Mobius one of the simplest and smartest control apps you'll ever use.

Battery Backup Mode - All Vortech’s are also compatible with the EcoTech Battery Backup, which can keep the pump running in the event of a power cut.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Security

When speaking to one of our team, we will never ask you for your bank details, passwords or any private information. We will only ever ask for your order number followed by either your postcode, email address or phone number to verify we are talking to the person named on the account. 

When creating an account on our website, we ask that you use a unique password, this will help keep all your online accounts safe. If you are visiting our website via a smartphone we suggest you use the strong password and store it securely on your phone.

Orders over £50 qualify for free mainland UK (excludes Northern Ireland) delivery which will arrive within 3-5 working days of the order being processed.

Residents of Northern Ireland, please provide your EORI or XI Number.

Orders Below £50 in Mainland UK will be charged a standard delivery fee of £5.99.
