This guarantee is valid with proof of purchase only. The guarantee is limited to repair or replacement only and does not cover consequential loss, loss or damage to livestock and personal property or damage to animate or inanimate objects, irrespective of the cause thereof. This guarantee is valid only under normal operating conditions for which the unit is intended. It excludes any damage caused by unreasonable use, negligence, improper installation, tampering, abuse or commercial use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or parts which have not been adequately or correctly maintained. Failure of less than 5% of the total number of LEDs shall not be considered a defect under the terms of this warranty. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

What should I do if my pump output is weak?

Ensure that your water level is within the ideal range indicated in your instruction manual, which came with the product packaging or can be viewed on this website by visiting your aquarium product page. Additionally, ensure that the pump has been well cleaned.

Can I use this aquarium for freshwater?

You can, but please note that the light included with the aquarium is optimized for saltwater use.

Which protein skimmers fits in the rear compartment of the tank?

The Flex 32.5 US Gal. / 123 L has been designed to house the Fluval PS1 Protein Skimmer.

For optimal coral growth, should I add a circulation pump to my Flex aquarium?

We suggest consulting a reputable marine speciality retailer to identify the ideal conditions your coral species require. You can add a Fluval Sea CP circulation pump if you need additional water movement in your tank.

What kinds of corals can I keep in this tank?

Almost any coral can successfully be kept in a Flex 32.5 US Gal. / 123 L aquarium, although for species requiring higher light levels we suggest adding a second Marine 3.0 LED

Can I install a second LED unit into the lid of my Flex 32.5 US Gal. / 123 L?

You can! Either a second Marine 3.0 unit or an Aquasky 2.0 can be installed. Both these lights can be installed using the additional set of retention brackets included with the aquarium.

Orders Below £50 in Mainland UK will be charged a standard delivery fee of £5.99.
