JBL TempSet Unit L-U-W 35w

For their operation metal-halide lamps (e.g. JBL L-U-W or HQI) require a specially designed ballast to match their respective wattage. JBL has installation kits for 35, 50 and 35-70 W.

Optimal safety
The quality ballast is equipped with an automatic shut-off that does not even attempt to ignite the lamp in the event of the following problems or switches it off automatically after 2-3 attempts:
- defective metal halide lamp
- too old metal halide lamp

Modelled on nature
Terrarium animals are cold-blooded animals, highly dependent on light, especially on the quality and intensity of the light. Activity, food intake, digestion or rest phases are influenced by the change of day and night and the intensity of the light. Different light sources produce differing output and light quality. With metal-halide lamps it’s easy to install the right light in your terrarium and to align it to its best position. Its angle can be freely adjusted up to 180°. The device is heat-resistant to 270 °C. It is equipped with an automatic shut-off and an overheat protection mode.

We offer a few different delivery options depending on the size and value of your order.

Certain orders over £50 qualify for free mainland UK (excludes Northern Ireland, Pond Plants, and livestock) delivery which will arrive within 3-5 working days of the order being processed.

Orders Below £50 in Mainland UK will be charged a standard delivery fee of £5.99.

Pond Plant and Tropical/Marine/Pond Livestock will be charged a delivery fee of £19.99.
