Pallet Delivery Information

All our large aquariums will come in one of two ways.

1. If you are located in one of our local delviery zones, your order will be delivered by our own drivers. This means we can help carry the tank into your home at no extra cost, and also answer any questions you may have about your new tank! More importantly, do extra checks at your end to make sure it is with you in one piece!

2. Pallet delviery, is the most common way for aquariums to be delivered. If you are outside our delviery areas we will send your aquarium our on a pallet for the selected day you pick during the checkout process.

  • Your pallet will arrive with you between 8 am - 8 pm on the back of a lorry.
  • Please check your aquarium FULLY for any breakages before signing. OR sign and signify that no checks have been completed.
  • Any damages please report to us, email Contact@LincsAquatics.com along with images of the box, the pallet, and the damage on the tank.
  • Your aquarium will arrive on a pallet, this is your responsibility to dispose of.
  • You can call 01205 870282 on the day of the delivery with your tracking number and postcode, they will be able to provide you with an estimated time for delivery.
  • You will need to provide a valid phone number at checkout.

To note:

There may be additional charges for pallet delivery, depending on your location. This is normally if you are located off of the mainland or are in a remote location. In most cases, our system will identify this and add this additional charge at checkout, however, in a few cases this might not work correctly so if this is the case our team will contact you and update you.

We have the option to select the date that suits you for delivery, and we will always do our best to fulfil this, however, in some cases, there may be delays that are beyond our control!

If you miss a pallet delivery, there will be an additional delivery charge which will need to be paid before a new attempt is made.
