This 1104L preformed pond is a great shape that is not your standard-shaped pond. It has ledges on either side of the pond which allows you to have pond plants sitting there!

We have the full range available in-store, ready for collection. We can deliver on our own vehicle, (please check the delivery tab for more information). If you are outside our delivery zone we can deliver to you, however, there may be additional charges.

Please call us before ordering if you live outside our delivery zone, ask for Warehouse, and they will be able to give you the shipping cost for this item.

How to fit your new pond?

1. Place the pond in the position you have chosen and mark the outline with a garden hose or rope. Remove the pond and excavate the hole 5cm wider and deeper than the pond dimensions.

2. Evenly line the excavation with approx 5cm of damp sand

3. Using a spirit level check that the layer of sand covering the bottom of the excavation is level.

4. Place the pond into the prepared area.

5. Gradually fill the pond with water and at the same time fill in the gaps between the pond and the edge of the excavation with sand and topsoil, making sure the pond remains level.

WARNING: Young children should be supervised near open water of any kind.

IMPORTANT: Fill the pond and allow it to settle for a week before adding rocks/slabs to the edge.

NOTE: Do not ground install in waterlogged or high water table areas as damage can occur, use a raised installation instead.

When speaking to one of our team, we will never ask you for your bank details, passwords or any private information. We will only ever ask for your order number followed by either your postcode, email address or phone number to verify we are talking to the person named on the account. 

When creating an account on our website, we ask that you use a unique password, this will help keep all your online accounts safe. If you are visiting our website via a smartphone we suggest you use the strong password and store it securely on your phone. 

Our website is run on Visual Soft, which means all your data is stored securely on their servers.

Please Note: We only deliver ponds and pond plants on our own delivery vehicles!

The blue highlighted area on the map below is where we deliver on our own vehicle! Unfortunately, if you are not in one of these postcode zones we are unable to deliver certain items such as plants, small glass items and selective other products.

We offer a few different delivery options depending on the size and value of your order.

Orders over £50 qualify for free mainland UK (excludes Northern Ireland) delivery which will arrive within 3-5 working days of the order being processed.

Residents of Northern Ireland, please provide your EORI or XI Number.

If you do not have one, please follow the information at https://www.gov.uk/eori

Orders Below £50 in Mainland UK will be charged a standard delivery fee of £5.99.
