What is the Velda Itronic?

The VeldaI-tronic is an Electro-Mineralisation device for use in garden ponds to help control Blanketweed and other slimy algaes in a way that is safe to both pond fish and plants. The core of the Itronic consits of an anode, made from a mineral copper alloy, and a stainless steel cathode. By means of the microprocesser controlled display unit pluses are generated creating positivly charged copper ions (a process known as mineralisation) at the correct concentration these ions inhibit blanketweed and other slimey algaes to grow.

The unit is supplied with multi-sized hose tails and can be fitted to to 13/19/25 or 32mm Hose.

I-Tronic uses proven space age water purification technology devoloped for the production of drinking-quality water for astronauts during space travel - a product for eradicating water-bourne algae without the use of potentially harmful chemical herbicides and biocides. 

The I-Tronic comes in four different sizes: IT-05, IT-15, IT-35 and IT-75 and is complete with full instructions.

What Size I-Tronic?

IT-05 For Ponds up to 5,000 Litres

IT-15 For Ponds from 3,000 to 15,000 Litres

IT-35 For Ponds from 10,000 to 35,000 Litres

IT-75 For Ponds from 20,000 to 75,000 Litres

 

Please Note: I-Tronic should not be used in ponds that have had salt added to them.

FAQs
Can it be mounted on suction cups and are there cut outs on the filter case to install these by?

No, the M Bioflow does not have any suction cups to hold the filter to the aquarium. There are no holes on the filter designed to hold such suction clips.

We also accept payments via PayPal, PayPal credit, Clearpay and Klarna which are both pay in 4 interest-free instalments. 

Also, you can pay using Android and Apple Pay if you are using a compatible device. 

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

When speaking to one of our team, we will never ask you for your bank details, passwords or any private information. We will only ever ask for your order number followed by either your postcode, email address or phone number to verify we are talking to the person named on the account.

Certain orders over £50 qualify for free mainland UK (excludes Northern Ireland, Pond Plants, and livestock) delivery which will arrive within 3-5 working days of the order being processed.

 

Orders Below £50 in Mainland UK will be charged a standard delivery fee of £5.99.

Pond Plant and Tropical/Marine/Pond Livestock will be charged a delivery fee of £19.99.
