Any aquarium deliveries that have been pre-arranged and/or booked in with The Pallet Network (TPN) and have left our warehouse for delivery will be liable for the full cost of the return of the pallet. This will be deducted from any refunds issued to the customer.
Confirmation of the cost will be confirmed in writing.
